Development Director

The Wilma Theater seeks a dynamic, experienced fundraising professional to lead the development campaigns of an established, vital, mission-based theater in Philadelphia. The Development Director manages and creates strategies for all fund raising efforts of The Wilma Theater, including board, individual, corporate, foundation, government, and special events for total annual giving of $2 million within an operating budget of $3.2 million. The Director also manages the public phase of the Wilma’s $10 million Transformation Fund Campaign.
