Creative, Friendly and Fun Piano Teacher Needed! (Main Line, PA)Are you creative, friendly person? Are you looking for a fun and creative part time job? Impact kids, make a positive difference in the world and make a great income teaching in-home piano lessons on afternoons and/or weekends starting Fall 2017. Piano and piano/voice teaching positions are available beginning at the competitive hourly rate of between $29-$31/hr Our teaching area includes locations in Chester, Montgomery and Delaware Counties - so applicants from the western suburbs (West Chester, Malvern, Paoli, Wayne, etc.), Main Line and the city are all encouraged to apply. With Meridee Winters you always have a supportive team of collaborative, professional musicians on your side to brainstorm new teaching ideas, troubleshoot problem areas or gather teaching materials from. You do NOT need teaching experience to apply. If you have the musical skills, we will train you in our unique teaching methods and give you everything you need to be a comfortable and confident teacher from your very first lesson. Since 1990, Meridee Winters School of Music has inspired thousands of Main Line students with convenient, leading edge, in-home music lessons. Our energetic and upbeat teachers come to the privacy and convenience of our students' homes. We have a playful and personalized music curriculum that was created by a school teacher who left the public school system and started her own methodology. We are not a musician referral service or franchise. We are the only music school in the area under the direction of a school teacher and musician; the only school in the area with its own published curriculum; the only school in the area that has a teacher-training program and monthly teacher workshops; and one of the only schools in the nation with a songwriting and improvisation curriculum. Our playful yet practical approach is customized for each student's personality. Meridee's method offers a unique mix of leading-edge materials and educational techniques, including over 600 pages of original materials: dynamic games, skill drills, creative activities and lesson books.
