Philly EPIP Hosts Peer Learning Circle BreakfastPhilly EPIP Peer Learning Circles provide an opportunity for emerging leaders and practitioners in philanthropy to convene and discuss relevant leadership, innovation, social justice issues in the context of their own careers and organizations. The December Philly EPIP Learning Circle will feature the article, Achieving Better Results through Shared Leadership, by Umi Howard, featured in the October 2009 issue of the Philadelphia Social Innovations Journal. Umi Howard is a Project Manager at the United Way, and he will be present at the discussion. Participants should read the article in advance of the meeting and come prepared to partake in a moderated discussion on the article in the context of their own careers and organizations. ****Please bring a new book for children in grades K-5.
