Two Sides of Rebranding a Nonprofit

Rebranding means more than just changing a logo or a name. It involves strategy, planning, design, writing, data, volunteers, staff, consultants, opinion, compromise, consensus, revising, inclusion and exclusion, and financial considerations. It can shake an organization upside-down - from war over usage, to the drudgery of updating every piece of communication. Now add in a parent organization or multiple locations and things get even more complicated.

Change is hard whether you are the one making the decisions or the one implementing them. Join Iris Creative's special guests to hear experiences from both sides. Learn what's working, what's a struggle and gain insight from leaders managing the process in their organizations.

Cheryl Baker, Marketing Director, Girls Scouts of Eastern PA
