Branding Basics in the Digital AgeEvery organization has a brand - the issue is whether they manage it. This course will cover the basics of branding - what really makes a brand; how branding can benefit nonprofits; who is in charge of the brand; and how you can strengthen it. We also discuss the power and pitfalls of Web 2.0 tools to position nonprofit brands cost effectively. Participants will emerge with a better understanding of how to shape and articulate a brand and also how to manage and evaluate branding strategies so that they support your message and you mission.
