If the volunteer experience is managed properly, your volunteer programs can not only save money and staff time, but they can also become a pipeline for advocates, donors, and board members. This session will help you make your good volunteer program into a great one with a higher return on investment than you thought possible.

KATHLEEN WELSH BEVERIDGE, President, Spark Nonprofit Consulting will share her extensive knowledge of what works in both large and small nonprofit volunteer programs while delivering useful insight into what experiences volunteers are looking for, and what nonprofit leaders can do to cultivate volunteer talent to help the organization in creative ways.
