Traveling the Road to Good Governance: Creating a Board ManualOne of the first steps down the road of good governance is to have a comprehensive Board Manual outlining the specifics of your organization. During this workshop we will look at each of the components of a board manual and you will complete exercises for the different sections. You will leave with a CD of a board manual template that you can bring back to the office and complete. There is no registration fee, however, pre-registration is required and space is limited to 3 from each organization.
