VSA Pennsylvania, Art-Reach and the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance are pleased to present Betty Siegel, Director of Accessibility at the Kennedy Center, to share what these changes mean for you. In this dynamic, informative and timely session, Betty will review the new regulations and discuss best practices for implementing them, as well as the many facets of good accessible ticketing policies including pricing, hold and release policies, ticket exchanges and transfers, and the online sale of accessible seats.
