The Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance data shows that cultural participants vote at a higher rate than the general population. In the last gubernatorial race in 2010, only 47% of Pennsylvania voters actually voted, however, 75% of cultural participants voted, however, 75% of cultural participants voted. People voting for the first time ever and those voting for the first time in a new polling place must present photo or non-photo identification. A current bank statement or utility bill will work for this purpose.
