Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance

Share Your Out-Of-School Time Programs with ASAP

The Cultural Alliance is working with the City of Philadelphia and ASAP/After School Activities Partnerships to connect families with information about arts and cultural programs serving youth during the out-of-school time hours. This information will be compiled into in the Philadelphia Daily News and will be available year-round on ASAP’s website (www.phillyasap.org/directory).

If your organization offers OST programs for youth in Philadelphia, we are hoping you will support this effort by either adding or updating listings in ASAP’s Directory. Instructions are included below.

Adding or Updating your listing in ASAP’s Directory of After School Programs:

  1. Visit and search for your site or program here: www.phillyasap.org/directory
  2. If you find a listing for your program, contact ASAP’s Directory Coordinator Paul Carroll to receive a personalized link to update your listing. (Contact info below.)
  3. If you do not find your program listed, you may submit a new listing by clicking here.
  4. Updated listings and new listings will be reviewed quickly before being shared live on ASAP’s website.
