As a result, you are entitled to Gold Status savings on accommodations - including subsidized weekend rates starting from $74 - and Gold onsite benefits including access to the Club Living Room with complimentary refreshments. How can you help your organization’s travelers earn Gold Rewards?
- Help Travelers Enroll: Share/post the Gold Rewards information that you received from your Membership Manager in October which includes your member organization password necessary to access the Gold Rewards website to enroll.
- Online Booking Tools: Add Club Quarters Gold Rewards to the list of programs so that travelers may seamlessly receive points for their qualifying stays. Advise travelers to revise their profiles in your online booking tools to include their 6-digit Clug Quarters Gold Rewards number.

Weekend & Holiday Rates for Employees, Family and Friends
Family and friends, in addition to employees, of member organizations, can request weekend and holiday rates at all Club Quarters, with the strongest availability through the end of March. Even without a “Night on the House” certificate, member guests can enjoy subsidized rates starting at $71 in Philadelphia, Chicago and Houston, $84 in Boston, Washington, DC and San Francisco, $126 in New York and £67 in London.
