The goal of the Creative Youth Development department is to strengthen the patronage of arts and culture through the building of programming dedicated to the advancement of young people.

Grantmaking
The Cultural Alliance administers and facilitates two grantmaking programs as an official partner agency of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts.
