Dear Cultural Alliance Members,

As your Account Executive from Office Basics, I’m excited to tell you about our brand new GPCA Rebate/Sponsorship Program! All Cultural Alliance members are eligible for this cost-savings and investment program. 

Office Basics is an industry leader in the following categories offering price matching and free, next day delivery on our own fleet. 

  • Janitorial and Cleaning Supplies

  • Copiers & Managed Print Services

  • Office Furniture

  • Office and Paper Products

  • Promotional Items

  • Coffee and Breakroom Services

There are no minimum order requirements.

The Rebate/Sponsorship will be determined based on your annual spend with Office Basics.  Your level of spend will determine your percentage rebate.  You will receive that percentage of your total spend in the form of a credit memo:

$1,000 - $39,999

4% of Sales

$40,000 - $99,999

5% of Sales

$100,000+

6% of Sales

Any rebate that exceeds $1,000 can be converted into a sponsorship check for your organization to direct those funds where you feel it is most needed at that given point in time.

Designed specifically for the members of The Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, the goal of this program is to provide each member with a supply purchasing program that helps reduce overall costs, but most importantly maintains the high service levels Office Basics has developed over the last 25 years.
