On Tuesday, February 15, the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance and PECO honored forty nonprofit arts groups, and distributed more than $95,000 in Project Stream grants at an award ceremony at PECO Energy Hall. Speakers at the event included Jeff Gordon of PECO and Cultural Alliance President Tom Kaiden.

A group of current and former Cultural Alliance staff joined other friends and family of Peggy Amsterdam at the 2010 Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk on September 12, 2010. "Team Peggy" raised over $11,000 to support cancer research and treatment at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where the Cultural Alliance's late President received treatment and participated in a clinical trial.
