2014 Annual Member Meeting & Reception

The 2014 Annual Member Meeting & Reception "Investing in Knowledge" was held at The Franklin Institute and was attended by over 600 members of the Greater Philadelphia arts and cultural community.

This year's meeting featured a presentation of the 2014 Portfolio by John McInerney, Vice President of Marketing & Communications.  Additionally, Cultural Alliance Board Chair David Devan announced the appointment of Maud Lyon as the Alliance's new President.  

Stay tuned for this spring when we will be following up the 2014 Portfolio with a larger national analysis, Culture Across Communities, supported by a grant from the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation. Culture Across Communities will examine the trends and distinctions between Philadelphia and ten other cities: Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York City, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C.
